Upgrading Your Membership

 

bullet

Request must be signed by Primary Member.

bullet

Every person on the membership must live at the same address, with maximum of two adults over 21 years of age.

bullet

Cost: Pay the difference of two months of dues between current membership and the membership you want to upgrade to.

bullet Upgrade will be effective immediately.

Downgrading Your Membership

 
bullet Requires a signed, 30-day written notice by the Primary Member.
bullet Effective on the lst of the month following receipt of a signed, 30-day written notice.
bullet Cost: $10 plus tax

Terminating Your Membership

 
bullet Requires a signed, 30-day written notice by the Primary Member.
bullet Effective on the lst of the month following a signed, 30-day written notice.
  NOTE: There is a 3-month penalty for terminating before agreement is completed.

PLEASE NOTE: All changes to a membership requires a written notice from the primary member. Primary member is the individual who originally signed the membership agreement and is listed first on the account. There are three ways to provide written notice:

Changing Your Contact Information

bulletNotify us in writing by email, fax, or U.S. mail.

 

Changing Your Method of Payment

Fill out a MOP form, available at the Membership Desk.
Please note: A voided check is required for Electronic Bank Draft.

 

Freezing Your Membership will be granted for the following reasons:

Golden Age Memberships.

Medical reasons with documentation from medical professional.

Military reason.

Job loss of the Primary Member.

 

NOTE: Payment of one months dues is required and held as a credit on account to be applied upon re-activating membership. Minimum of 3-months and maximum of 12-months.
