Dakotah! Sport and Fitness features a running/walking track that circles the upper level of the gymnasium. It is accessible from the 2nd level. The running/walking track is for members ages 16 and older, unless accompanied by an adult. Non members must be 18 years and older to use the track, unless accompanied by an adult. Please follow the posted usage guidelines listed on the entrance doors to the track.
1 mile=12 laps (inside 2 lap lanes)
