Dakotah! Sport and Fitness offers personal training services and various training programs. Our staff utilizes a computer software program to assess your baseline fitness level and to help design a program that is specific to your needs.
Many people have difficulty achieving their fitness goals at some point in time. Whether it's shedding those last 5 pounds or fine tuning for a marathon, Personal Training's purpose is simple to teach you how to reach your goals.
Personal Training is one-on-one time with a fitness professional. He or she will provide customized expertise and guidance to help teach you how to make your workout efficient and productive through proper equipment use, proper techniques, and exercise variety.
Each of our Personal Trainer's biographies are posted in the fitness area. These biographies will help guide you in choosing a trainer best suited to your needs.
