Discover the benefits of aquabase by aquaphysical with Base Fitness, a low-impact, high-intensity workout with a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Base Fitness classes are held in the DSF pool on a floating exercise mat. Ages: 16+

Aqua Strength & Conditioning

Aqua Strength & Conditioning

Aqua Strength & Conditioning will utilize AquaLogix equipment. It is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness system that consists of five core products. The bells and fins will transform your water workouts into a rejuvenating experience no matter your age or what shape you are in. Ages: 15+

Aqua Strength & Conditioning

Plyos & Power

Improve strength, explosive power and anaerobic capacity! In this intense class, we will incorporate R.O.M. movements for each athlete to improve mobility, work on explosive movements and build your work capacity. Classes will include kettlebells, clean and jerks, ladder and sled work. Ages 13-16

Strong & Fit

Fitness should be fun! Kids will be working with TRX straps, scooters, battle ropes and more in this class. Movements will also include body weight exercises to improve overall strength. Ages: 7-12

Hard Core

It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. Class will include TRX suspension straps, tires, battle ropes, kettlebells, running drills and more! If weather permitting, some classes will be conducted outside. Maximum of 16 members. Ages 16+
