STRENGTH class with a bonus–adding TRX to the mix! Don’t miss this excellent class for building lean muscle, followed by essential stretches.

Start the New Year with a new attitude and a new workout. This class will challenge every level of fitness, beginner to the elite. The class will include nutritional guidance and lifestyle changes to help support weight loss, weight maintenance, or strength gains.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course. Students will learn skills, such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. Fees include all course materials, certification card, and bag lunch. Ages 14+.
