Strength, Form, and Function

If you are looking to learn basic lifts, including the dead lift, back squat, bench, and row, then this women’s-only strength program is for you. Let’s lift heavy and get stronger together!

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6-7pm
Fee: $200/8 weeks
Age: 14+
