I regularly use the group fitness areas, both as a participant and as a DanceFit instructor, free weights, and treadmill areas. - What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
My current fitness goal is overall health—maintaining a healthy diet and exercising moderately to build energy, strength, and longevity instead of pushing to exhaustion. DSF helps me achieve my goals by creating an environment I enjoy and look forward to. Connecting with friends makes staying active fun and sustainable. - Any tips for current or prospective members?
Try a group fitness class and introduce yourself to the person next to you. Group fitness naturally attracts people who enjoy being social, making it a great opportunity to connect with others in your community. - Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
My motto is simple: Forever 25. It’s a positive mindset that reminds me that youth and energy aren’t defined by physical age—they’re a way of thinking and living.
