I had just had both knees replaced at the end of 2024 and one of the ladies that was doing water aerobics recommended Dakotah! Sport and Fitness. I had also lost some weight, and was ready to start exercising. - How long have you been a member?

The staff is amazing, it is easy to get to for me, and they offer so many options. - What area(s) of the club do you use?
So far, the pool and studios. - What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
Keep moving forward with my knee health and to stay strong as I get older. Dakotah! is giving me access to things I normally wouldn’t have tried, and new things pop up every so often. - Any tips for current or prospective members?
Stay positive and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone. - Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
