    I like participating in the fitness classes for seniors.
  • What area(s) of the club do you use?
    I use the universal equipment, free weights, walking track, senior classes, and the hydro massage.
  • What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
    I want to be active and continue to enjoy participating in the activities that I love like golf and water sports. Dakotah! Sport and Fitness is helping me maintain muscle strength, , flexibility, and balance.

    Start with modest goals and stick with a schedule that works for you.
