A different training experience for results! The workouts and programming will be designed to teach proper strength training form, how to train mobility and flexibility, plyometric work, and agility training. No classes during the week of July 1. Ages 12-14 only

First rule of Fit Club—no one talks about Fit Club! During the summer, we will be offering secret training sessions that will include tires, TRX, kettlebells, rowing, Olympic weightlifting, battle ropes, and more. Be on the list and staff will send out the details 48 hours before the session. If you are able to attend, your name will be added to the list. Ages 16+
Fee: $5 per session*
