Fitness should be fun and functional for kids! During this class, we will be using your child’s body weight to improve strength, work on core strength, and challenge their endurance. Classes will be designed to engage your child by making fitness fun!Ages 8-10

It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. Class will include TRX suspension straps, tires, battle ropes, kettlebells, running drills and more! If weather permitting, some classes will be conducted outside. Maximum of 16 members. Ages 16+

Build your strength and knowledge this summer! The Strength and Power class will be teaching the basics on deadlifting, squatting, and other strength moves to improve form and avoid injury. We will also be focusing on plyometric movements and speed. Ages 10-15
