How It Works

Personal training is one-on-one time with a fitness professional. They will provide customized expertise and guidance to teach you how to make your workouts more efficient and productive through equipment use, proper technique, and a variety of exercises.

With our Group Personal Training options, you get all of the benefits of personal training while working out with your fitness pals. You can register with up to four workout companions at a reduced personal trainer rate. Work out as a couple or with a few friends who can help challenge and motivate you—beyond what you ever thought possible!
