Modified Policies:

  • Members and guests ages 12 and over can use the Fitness On Demand studio.
  • Personal workouts are not allowed in the Fitness on Demand studio at any time. Members and guests found using the Fitness On Demand studio for personal workouts will be asked to leave.
  • All equipment must to be wiped down before and after each use.

Fitness on Demand offers a wide selection of on-demand fitness videos from a variety of industry leading instructors. Follow expert-designed programs, or mix and match videos from the world’s foremost trainers like Jillian Michaels, Mike Donavanik, Will Brereton, Anja Garcia, and more for a diverse one-of-a kind workout routine. Content is refreshed regularly to give you access to the best workouts and the latest fitness trends.

How It Works

Visit the self-service digital kiosk on the second floor to instantly begin a workout when the Fitness on Demand studio is not already in use. Class options range from 5 – 60 minutes. You can immerse yourself in popular classes such as yoga, core, dance, and more. You can also join scheduled Fitness on Demand classes throughout the day.

Where is the Fitness on Demand Studio?

The Fitness on Demand Studio is located on the second floor of Dakotah! Sport and Fitness by the cardio area.

How do the Fitness on Demand classes work that are on the group fitness schedule?

All you need to do is walk in the studio, grab the equipment necessary for the class and work out! The class starts at the set time so try to be there early.

If someone is already working out in the studio, can I join them?

Yes! The studio is shared space, meaning that everyone is welcome at any time. If someone is working out to a virtual class in the space, you can join them. We do ask that you do not perform your own workout in the studio—the Fitness on Demand studio is for classes only.

What if I do not want to work out to the class that is on the screen?

You will need to wait until the class is done, then you can pick a workout that best suits your needs.
