Fitness on Demand offers a wide selection of on-demand fitness videos from a variety of industry leading instructors. Follow expert-designed programs, or mix and match videos from the world’s foremost trainers like Jillian Michaels, Mike Donavanik, Will Brereton, Anja Garcia, and more for a diverse one-of-a kind workout regime. Content is refreshed regularly to give you access to the best workouts and the latest fitness trends.

How It Works

Visit the self-service digital kiosk on the second floor to instantly begin a workout when the Fitness on Demand studio is not already in use. Class options range from 5 – 60 minutes. You can immerse yourself in popular classes such as yoga, core, dance, and more. You can also join scheduled Fitness on Demand classes throughout the day.

You can also access hundreds of workout videos that match your level and goals, on-demand wherever you are when you download the Fitness on Demand App. The FitnessOnDemand mobile app is free to download.

The Fitness on Demand mobile app is available for download in the App Store and on Google Play. It’s never been more convenient to workout with your favorite instructors at home or on the go.

Where is the Fitness on Demand Studio?

The Fitness on Demand Studio is located on the 2nd floor of Dakotah! Sport & Fitness by the cardio area.

How do the Fitness on Demand classes work that are on the group fitness schedule?

All you need to do is walk in the studio, grab the equipment necessary for the class and workout! The class starts at the set time so try to be there early.

If someone is already working out in the studio, can I join them?

Yes! The studio is ‘communal’ meaning that everyone is welcome at any time. If there is a person working out to a class, you can join them. We do ask that you do not perform your own workout in the Studio. The Fitness on Demand studio is for classes only.

What if I do not want to workout to the class that is on the screen?

You will need to wait until the class is done, then you can pick a workout that best suits your needs.
