Why did you join Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
I joined Dakotah! Sport and Fitness because I was looking for a consistent and supportive place to stay active and build a healthy routine. For the past two years during the summer, I’ve been coming 4–5 times a week and attending group classes with my mom, which has made the experience even more rewarding. The positive environment, friendly staff, and variety of classes keep me motivated and make fitness something I genuinely enjoy.

Since May 2023 I believe.
What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
The community! Seeing friends, family, instructors, and other members is always a highlight of my time at the gym!
What area(s) of the club do you use?
I attend a lot of classes, so the gym, studio, treadmills, and the pool on rainy days.
What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
I want to be active everyday and going to Dakotah! Sports and Fitness encourages me to push my limits and grow my strength and endurance.
Any tips for current or prospective members?
I highly recommend trying classes! The instructors and fellow members are great, hardworking, and very encouraging!
Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
Improvements and growth can only be made when you push yourself to be uncomfortable, so make yourself a little uncomfortable in one way or another every day!
