
Ingredients:
- Avocado
- Tuna
- Mayo
- Cucumber
- Bacon, two strips per sandwich
- We like toasted wheat bread for this sandwich, but you can choose your favorite
Directions
- Drain tuna and mix with mayo. Refrigerate overnight.
- Thinly slice cucumbers. Refrigerate overnight.
- Peel and mash avocados.
- Toast bread.
- Spread avocado on bread, add tuna salad, and top with sliced cucumbers and bacon.
