  • Tomato, chopped
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Italian dressing
  • Avocado
  • Pita bread
  1. Mix together the tomato, cucumber, cheese, sunflower seeds, and Italian dressing.
  2. Store in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve the next day, toast the pita bread and slice the avocado.
  4. Place all ingredients in the pita and serve.
