At long last, we’re able to enjoy our favorite outdoor activities again! There are so many great options available whether you want to be active or focus on rest and recovery:

  • Running
  • Walking
  • Hiking
  • Biking
  • Swimming
  • Playing a sport like pickleball or golf
  • Attending a sporting event
  • Grilling or picnicking
  • Enjoying food and drinks on a patio
  • The possibilities are endless!

 

Everyone should all absolutely go out and enjoy the great outdoors, but that doesn’t mean we have to ditch the gym completely. Staying strong with strength and cardio training even a couple times per week helps support everything you want to do outside, so we should strive for balance between the activities above and utilizing what only the gym offers.
