    We moved from Apple Valley to Shakopee so it was more convenient.

    Since January 1995.
  • What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
    The people and quality instructors.
  • What area(s) of the club do you use?
    Pool, pilates, FOD, and the walking track.
  • What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
    When I first began, I was into cardio and weights. As I matured, my focus has switched to strength and stretching with a minor focus on mobility movements.
  • Any tips for current or prospective members?
    Be consistent in your visits. Truly the hardest part of your workout is walking through the front doors some days!
  • Do you have a personal motto you’d like to share?
    “Motion is lotion.”
