Do you have some spare ingredients around the house that need to get used up? Try this tasty creation for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

  • ½ tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • Leftover chicken, chopped or shredded.
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 bagel
  • 1-2 strips bacon, cooked
  1. The night before serving, mix barbecue sauce with chicken. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. When ready to eat, combine avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, and cream cheese.
  3. While toasting the bagel, heat chicken and bacon in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Spread the sauce on the bagel, and then add the chicken and bacon. Cut in half, serve, and enjoy!
