  • Why did you join Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
    A healthy lifestyle and staying active are important to me, and I felt DSF offered exactly what I was looking for in a health club.

    I’ve been a member since 2015 (4 years).
  • What do you like best about Dakotah! Sport and Fitness?
    The staff and facility are both warm and welcoming. When I walk through the doors at DSF, I feel right at home.
  • What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
    My goals are maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying active. DSF encourages me by having knowledgeable trainers and instructors to answer questions when I feel I’m deviating from my goals.
  • Any tips for current or prospective members?
    Make self-care goals a part of your lifestyle. Don’t get discouraged if you aren’t seeing immediate results. Stick with your goals and over time, you’ll see and feel the difference.

    Hard work pays off.
