I like the classes, the instructors, and the friendly and welcoming staff. - What are your fitness or health goals and how is Dakotah! Sport and Fitness helping you attain them?
The classes and the instructors push me, so I don’t get complacent in my workouts. I really appreciate when the instructors give us reminders during class on correct breathing, correct posture, and they are always encouraging. - Any tips for current or prospective members?
