  • Large seedless watermelon, removed from rind and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  1. Place watermelon chunks in the freezer for one hour.
  2. Combine frozen watermelon chunks, yogurt, white sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Make sure to not over blend, preventing the dish from getting watery.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and place in the freezer for one hour before serving. Enjoy!
