Made with just four ingredients, these oven-baked salmon fillets are moist, healthy, and oh so flavorful.

  • 4 fillets
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce, divided
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and lay the fish skin- side- down in a baking dish.
  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of pesto sauce over the fish. Spread evenly to cover the fillets. Add cherry tomatoes to the sides of the fish.
  4. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish begins to flake with a fork.
  5. Transfer the fish to a serving platter and serve with remaining pesto sauce on top. Enjoy!
