Please Note: All changes to a membership require a written notice from the primary member. The primary member is the individual who originally signed the membership agreement and is listed first on the account.
UPGRADING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- Request must be signed by primary member.
- Every person on the membership must live at the same address, with maximum of two adults ages 21+. *Proof of address for second adult is required.
- Cost: Pay the difference of one month’s of dues between current membership and the membership you want to upgrade to.
- Upgrade will be effective immediately.
DOWNGRADING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- Requires a signed, 30-day written notice by the primary member.
- Effective on the first of the month following receipt of a signed, 30-day written notice.
TERMINATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- Requires a signed, 30-day written notice by the primary member.
- Effective on the first of the month following a signed, 30-day written notice.

CHANGING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
You may notify us by either e-mail, U.S. mail, In-Person or through your online account.
CHANGING YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT
To change your method of payment, you have the following options:
- Fill out a method of payment form which is available at the Front Desk.
- Call the Accounting Department at 952-496-6870. Please note: A voided check is required for electronic bank draft.
- Log into your Member Portal to change your credit card information.
FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE FOR:
- Golden Age Memberships
- Medical reasons with documentation from a medical professional
- Military deployment with orders
- Job loss of the primary member with proof of unemployment/separation
Note: Freezes are effective for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months at which time it will automatically unfreeze. Members will be charged a maintenance fee of $5 per month while the membership is on hold. Billing will resume on the billing statement dated the 1st of the month of your unfreeze date. Your method of payment will be charged on the 10th of the month prior to your unfreeze date.
