Running/Walking Track Rules

The Running/Walking Track is located on the second floor of Dakotah! Sport and Fitness.
  • Members and guests who are 13 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult to utilize the track.
  • Inside Lanes (1 and 2) are reserved for walkers.
  • Outside Lanes (3 and 4) are reserved for runners.
  • Do not block lanes or walk in groups larger than two members/guests.
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Walk or Run Counterclockwise.
  • Tuesday/Thursday/Weekends: Walk or Run Clockwise.
  • Check behind you before stopping on the track.
  • Look both ways before entering the track.
  • Strollers are allowed on the track.
